Keith, our big printer has been out today. I'll get the revised grading sheet over there first thing in the
morning.
didn't get the hydrant location. They had already put the equipment when we talked about the hydrant.
The surveyor gave me an approximate STA/OFF for the hydrant location. Based on that information, it
looks to be ok, but I would feel more comfortable if Scott Latta could get the exact location.
I'll have the 8 full and 5 halves delivered tomorrow.
Let me know if anything else comes up.

Caleb,
Did we ever issue the revised wall grades?
Do you have the hydrant location he is asking about?

Keith,
Don't see the fire hydrant we shot in and gave to Caleb at the SE corner
of Chateau /Bethel. Is the Fire Hydrant going to be okay or in the
handicap ramp area? Just wanted to make sure everything was accounted
for.
Also, are the plans ready to be picked up on the North Wall? When we
met on Friday the 17th, you told me that Caleb was suppose to bring
these to your office on Monday the 19th, but said you would let me know
for sure when you had them and stamped for approval to proceed with this
location. If you have these, I will pick these up tomorrow morning
also.

Dean,
Attached are the revised drawings for Bethel Road between Armstrong and
Denton Tap. There has been an adjustment to the profile, and a change
to the alignment of the south curb line. This will result in the need
to import approximately 200 cubic yards of additional material. We have
a contract pay item for import and compaction of fill. I believe we can
handle this change through adjustment of contract quantities.
The engineer will be delivering these plans to my office today for me to
stamp and sign. Please have someone come by in the morning to pick them
up.

Keith,
Here are the revised sheets. How many full size sheets do you want
delivered?
