1. This change allows for the installation of various utility stub -outs to serve a proposed
residential development at the Southeast corner of Heartz and Sandy Lake.
2. This change order creates a pay item to address two 2 -inch water services that were not
addressed in the bid schedule.
3. This change order provides for compensation to the contractor to change the height of the
roadway crown from 8" to our standard 6" crown.
4. This change provides an additional pay item to relocate the school zone flasher for Manera
Academy.
