RE: Sales Tax 2009 Street Reconstruction — Heartz Rd.
Dear Mr. Dowdy:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have confirmed a final inspection of paving and utilities for
Heartz Road. As of January 21, 2011 contract time has stopped for this portion of the project.
A letter of Final Acceptance will be issued for Heartz Road and for Clear Creek when work is fully
complete on Clear Creek Lane.
A follow -up inspection of the facilities will be conducted prior to the lapse of the two -year bond
period which will begin on the date of the Final Acceptance. If any punchlist items are noted at that
time, you will be contacted to make repairs.
