RE: FW: Chateaus of Coppell
Malcolm,
Texas Environmental is responsible for the plant material and does agree to the replacement of your
count. Although the lack of irrigation was not the problem with the bed plant material. We were told the
plant material was dead from a lack of water but I went to pull a dead shrub from the ground and it looked
as if it was sitting in a bucket of water. I believe it was soaked and died from being over watered.
Regardless I do agree to replace the plants but ask that Chateaus waters the plants correctly.
Thank you,

Mr. Marvin,
Who is responsible for the plant material that died due to the construction and lack of irrigation during the
construction process? Below is what has died as a result of the Bethel Rd. construction.
Thanks,

Malcolm,
Per my count, these are the things that are dead around the entrance and wall at Chateaus.
1 - Live Oak
90-100 Dwarf Fountain Grass
5 - Chinese Fringe Flowers (5 gallon)
1 - Indian Hawthorn (5 gallon)
5 - Bridlewreath Spirea
We checked the Sprinkler System and fixed 1 break (Toll Paid for That), everything else seems good.
