We had raised some questions about the previous repair. There is still one issue unresolved. The new vertical wall does not extend to the top and we are OK with that; we do have a problem with the attachment of the new wall to the existing wall ( #3 @ 15" c /c). Keep in mind that the traffic rail will be attached to the top of the wall in place and we had problems with that wall as constructed. It seems prudent to attach securely the existing wall to the new wall using heavier anchors more closely spaced to withstand vehicular impact. Other than that, we are ok with the proposed revisions.
