Dean, The retaining wall repair is approved for use on the area of wall that was improperly
constructed. There is a label on the provided drawing that seems to imply that the repair is only for use
on wall sections between 7 and 8 feet tall. Our expectation is that this detail will be used to reinforce
the wall for the entire length of improperly constructed wall. If this is not your intention, please advise

1.There seems to be an over build in the top bar railing of the Coppell Rail Detail which will
not allow even a pencil vibrator to be used on the railing. North Texas Bridge has
met with Coppell Personnel on site and made several suggestions, please have structural
engineer review existing detail along with TXDOT C411 detail and give fix to problem.

It has changed from 60' to 30' and now are informed back to 60'. Can you please respond and
let me know what distance we need to install the solid wall instead of Plan Coppell Rail.
