Keith,
Give me a call so that we can discuss further. I had explained to Per
that at the 2 driveways, Mels, did not have their locates and JRJ
installed the conduit. Mels had informed JRJ personnel that conduit was
against the wall on the east side of the bridge. JRJ personnel went to
east side of bridge and got pipe closest to bridge instead of the 3"
located near Knights. I had asked Per if this was an issue and he met
Mels personnel on site today at 1pm to look at.
Also, met with Suzie on site around 3pm and told her that we were
installing a box on either side of her driveway and she stated that as
long as it was ground level and not a transformer. She reiterated that
she had Zozia Grass and would prefer that we did not go digging across
her landscaping and grass. So I was hoping at this time to install a
box on either side of her driveway and stop.
Let me know what we need to discuss regarding this.

Dean, I want to re-visit the pull box discussion we had earlier. I
discussed it with Per, and we have come to a different conclusion in
light of the 2" conduit issue.

I met with Mel's on site. The 3" conduit has already been installed up to the furthest west driveway. I told him
that the 2" under the drives would be acceptable.
Lastly, the conduit from the west side of the last driveway apparently shows to be extended out to where the
asphalt is being replaced. It makes more sense to end it at the driveway where a pull box has to be installed
anyway instead of 50 feet away where another pull box would have to be installed only temporarily.
If you concur I will forward this information to Johnny with Mel's.
