Freese & Nichols visited the site yesterday and provided the following observations on the retaining wall
repair. It appears that the vertical bars on the back side of the wall are not spaced per the approved plan.
Has the REEDCON engineer had an opportunity to visit the site?

I've attached a site visit report from our visit yesterday. There appears to be one discrepancy in the steel
placement and layout. We've highlighted this discrepancy on the last page of the site visit report. These
bars will need to be untied and retied to match ReedCon's detail.
