All is a go for tomorrow at 9. I'll follow up to help insure attendance by our PD. Traffic control will also be
supplementing the "STOP" signs with stop ahead signs and coning the lane division lines on approach to the
intersection on Denton Tap Rd. Brent Adams will be coordinating those efforts for the City and will handle the
maintenance/temporary disruption of network communications that will be required during the cabinet
exchange.
Thank you all for your cooperation in planning for a smooth project. Per

I have spoken with Keith Marvin and he has requested that the lights be changed from regular operation to
flashing red for 30 minutes prior to turning off and having intersection controlled only by stop signs. Stop signs
are to be delivered today and laid down so that tomorrow at 9am they just have to be stood up until work has
been completed. Will and can all work that needs to be performed in the intersection be completed tomorrow
during the 2 scheduled brief interruptions?
Let me know ,

I spoke with the engineer. Sounds like a go. Only topic of discussion was wether PD should be there. I said it
would be preferable. Per
So far no objections to the plan. We will need to make interruptions to the City's network connection as brief as
possible. It will involve two brief interruptions. We will disconnect the switch and loop the patch cable back to
the trunk. At this point you can do what you need to do with the cabinet because the network will be patched
through. After the new cabinet is in place and running we can reinstall the switch back in the loop.
I'm still waiting to speak with the project engineer who shouldn't be opposed to this schedule unless there is

another factor I haven't considered.
