I'll follow up to help insure attendance by our PD. Traffic control will also be supplementing the "STOP" signs with stop ahead signs and coning the lane division lines on approach to the intersection on Denton Tap Rd. Brent Adams will be coordinating those efforts for the City and will handle the maintenance/temporary disruption of network communications that will be required during the cabinet exchange.   Thank you all for your cooperation in planning for a smooth project. Sounds like a go. Only topic of discussion was wether PD should be there. I said it would be preferable.  Per   So far no objections to the plan. We will need to make interruptions to the City's network connection as brief as possible. It will involve two brief interruptions. We will disconnect the switch and loop the patch cable back to the trunk. At this point you can do what you need to do with the cabinet because the network will be patched through. After the new cabinet is in place and running we can reinstall the switch back in the loop.   I'm still waiting to speak with the project engineer who shouldn't be opposed to this schedule unless there is file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4CDA620CCity...1/28/2011 Page 2 of 2 another factor I haven't considered.   Per >>> Johnny Heine <johnny@melselectric.com> 11/5/2010 10:10 AM >>> 2 to 4 hours we will do the cabinet first and if we have time we will do the pole if not we will do the pole on Friday -----Original Message----- From: Per Birdsall [mailto:PBIRDSALL@coppelltx.gov] Sent: Friday, November 05, 2010 10:04 AM To: Johnny Heine Subject: Re: BETHEL AND DENTON-TAP SIGNALS How long will the signal be off?  -----Original Message----- From: Johnny Heine <johnny@melselectric.com> To: Per Birdsall <PBIRDSALL@coppelltx.gov> Cc: Dean Dumke <deand@JRJPaving.com> Cc: Mark Obarr <mark@melselectric.com> Sent: 11/5/2010 9:52:54 AM Subject: BETHEL AND DENTON-TAP SIGNALS We would like to schedule changing out the cabinet and signal pole next Thursday 11th at 9:00 am.
