Clay,
I visited the site today and noticed that the sign in the median had been partially demolished. I also noticed one
of your trailers adjacent to the median. I thought it was apparent that we did not have an agreement for you to
begin this work until after our contract was completed and accepted by the City. You do not have my permission
to be on this site, nor have you provided me an insurance certificate.
I am requesting that you remove the debris that you have demolished and remove your equipment and crews
from this site immediately. If you persist to work I will issue a cease and desist order and the City Inspector will
have your permit revoked.

Clay and Joe,
JRJ will need some specific information so that Marty Murphy, my boss, can send you a letter regarding working
in the areas you have contacted to perform. The City of Coppell’s stance is that until all work has been completed
and accepted, JRJ is responsible for any damage to any portion of the project. In speaking with Marty, he has
asked that the following information be sent to him so that he may generate a letter that will allow your contractor
to begin work:
Subdivision Legal Name
Contractors complete information – Outdoor Signature LLC. 1624 East FM 407 Argyle 75626 Texas – 1612 North
Yale Blvd Richardson 75081.
Time frame in which work will be completed in the areas as it relates to the Bethel Rd project – Approx 4 weeks
(weather permitting)
Once this has been received, Marty will generate a letter which will need to be signed by all parties stating that
any damaged areas will be repaired. If you have any questions regarding what is needed, please respond to this
email so that Marty may answer your questions and/or contact you.

I left a message for number listed below, which I assume is Clay’s. I have never spoken with Clay and this is the
first time I even had a contact number. Please have Clay contact me on my mobile, the 469 number. In regards
to start time and other items, we are looking at shooting for 4 weeks out to be close to finaling project, weather
permitting. I also spoke with my boss regarding the minor wall separation and he had mentioned that he had
addressed this previously with the City Inspector, Larry, and the current condition was pre-construction state. I
would like to complete the grading in this area and make sure that there is no additional movement to it, because
the grades do change due to the new wall in the area. I will meet with Clay, but today will be tight. Have him
contact me and we can schedule a meeting on site.

Dean, Im sure we will get this done on the landscape side (thanks)...
different issue--- I am of the belief you and Clay have connected for
other construction issues related to the entrance??? I have a meeting
today with HOA members and Clay to address start time, wall repair,
time-lines, etc. and much of these are dependent on your discussion
with Clay.
If this has not or won't occur prior to 2PM today, then Clay I'm not
sure our meeting today is meaningful.

this is what came back from David (landscaping) with respect to damage as a
result of cut sprinkler lines, weather, and subsequent construction. I told
David you'd videotaped prior landscape to ensure a measure of "fairness" once
the project ended. He stands by these numbers but I would invite you bring
another supplier to the party if you can do better.
What I don't need or want is a finger-pointing match that leads to a poor
resolution with my HOA group holding the tab erroneously.
Let me know the best way forward. Also I am meeting with Clay our design guy
for the entrance tomorrow. have you two spoken about start dates, etc and the
wall separation??????

All the shrubs were all in great shape until they cut the sprinklers wires they
had no water that's why they all died because of the heat that we had this
summer
