2.Ark Contracting Services, LLC shall furnish sealed engineered shop drawings
prepared by a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Texas whom carries
a minimum of $1,000,000 errors and omissions insurance.
3.Suitable access, testing, barricade, traffic control and erosion control by others.
4.No performance or payment bonds are included. Bonds can be furnished at cost

6.Monthly progress payments in the amount of (same percentage as per prime
contract) for work completed and materials delivered. All payments shall be due
within five (5) days of contractor’s receipt of payment. Payment to Ark

contractor’s receipt of payment.

This quote is good for thirty days from the date of the proposal.
