Dean,
Mr. Berkebile would like to have us install curlex rather than Bermuda sod. I agree with the rye grass seed mix. This
should cover the entire length of his property, including the area between the curb and the rail up to station 38+50.

Keith ,
It is my understanding in meeting with Larry that meeting was held
yesterday with Phil. I need to know what was decided. We are scheduled
to deliver and install grass on Monday in this area. Please advise. If
Curlex is all that needs to be installed , I would at least suggest a
winter rye be installed to assist in keeping the dirt in its location.
Please let me know so I con forward your answer to my seeding personnel.

Keith,
I have talked it over with Harold Leidner and what we would like to request on our lot frontage is the erosion
control matting and no sod or hydro-mulch. Since we do not have the time to get our irrigation system in place
prior to next week and we are going to plant a different variety of grass than the contractor would be willing to use,
we think the erosion control mat is best. This way we are not stuck with removing the dead sod down the road.
Let me know if this works for you.
Also I’ll wait to hear from you on whether we need to go through any special approval process other than normal
inspection to add a turn-around to our driveway approach in the City right-of-way.
Thanks.
