ST0301A-CS101130 (2/2/2011) Keith Marvin - Bethel: Work signsPage 1 From: "Dean Dumke" <deand@JRJPaving.com> To: "Keith Marvin" <kmarvin@coppelltx.gov> Date: 11/30/2010 6:32 PM Subject: Bethel: Work signs Nice photography. I am having Dallas Light & Barricade pull all signs except the ones that are between Denton Tap and Park on Bethel. They were supposed to pull the detour signs yesterday, but when I saw they had not by 5pm, I lowered several of the detour signs yesterday evening. Met with DL&B today and drove them around showing them all the signs not picked up and they are suppose to have them picked up this evening. I will monitor tomorrow and stay on top of them getting this taken care of. Thanks, Dean Dumke Sr Project Manager #469-223-7879 JRJ PAVING, L. The residents of the subdivision on Bethel Road east of Denton Tap would like the signs removed from their area. I've already let him know that you are still actively working on the project, and they will be removed before you complete the project. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. I was just wondering if perhaps the construction crews forgot about the signs. It's an eyesore. I'm of the understanding that the work over on Bethel will be going on for many months to come. Are they going to need signs back in our neighborhood throughout all of that time? Couldn't they just have them over in the applicable area on the west side of Denton Tap? It's about 90 to 95% accurate and saves me a lot of time, but occasionally the software misrecognizes the dictation and leaves behind confusing wording, alternate spelling, or sometimes entire phrases that don't make sense. I try to check for this but from time to time it goes unnoticed. I apologize if this happens. Please let me know if there's anything in this e-mail that I need to clarify. -----Original Message----- From: Keith Marvin [mailto:kmarvin@coppelltx.gov] Sent: Tuesday, November 30, 2010 5:09 PM To: Mike Tanner Cc: Don Bizzell Subject: Re: Work signs Mike, The contractor is still actively working on the Bethel Road project.
