Re: Beltline Road in Coppell
Dear Kevin:
On behalf of our client. '~3.e Southwestern Town Lot Corporation, we have
reviewed the Paving and Storm Sewer Plans for Beltline Road fronting their
property. Their property lies along the west side of Beltline Road between
Cowboy Drive and Southwestern Drive.
'Due to the location of the existing sanitary sewer under the proposed
pavement of Beltline Road, we wish to request that I2-inch sanitary sewer
Stubouts be added to your plans at each of the existing manholes along this
section of the Beltline Road improvements.
These stubouts should extend to the west right-of-way line for ~eltline
Road. The stubouts will prevent the need to saw cut, remove, and replace
the pavement at these locations to connect to the existing sanitary sewer.
We also wish to request that a 27-inch Class III Reinforced Concrete
Pipe Storm Sewer Stubout be added to your storm sewer plans. This stubout
should end at the west right-of-way line for Beltline Road at Paving Station
79+05+. This stubout is shown on the preliminary drainage plans for Gate, ay
Park at Coppell reviewed by your firm in May of this year.
