Dean and his electrician did a great job in responding to our issue on Friday and they were able to help resolve. Excellent service. I have one request, do you have a contact we can call at Oncor? We need to have some additional power brought into the neighborhood to fully resolve our issue. We have tried on our own with no success. I appreciate the help. If JRJ, working on behalf of the City of Coppell, damaged your electrical service then they are responsible for the repairs. If you have not yet had the issue repaired, then I would suggest giving JRJ an opportunity to review the issue and repair it at their expense. They have an electrical subcontractor working on the project, so they should be capable of making any repairs necessary. The result is that some of the wiring and circuit boards will need to be replaced. I am of the opinion that the construction company and City of Coppell will need to reimburse The Springs HOA for this rework. Will and Cynthia will take photos to support our claim.
