REFERENCE DATA: Specification Section No. Page No. Paragraph No. Drawing No. Detail description: CONTRACTOR REQUESTS: ❑ Information ❑ Interpretation ❑ Clarification for the items described below or in the attached material referenced below: - -- -RFI # 21 Bridge Drains In working towards finalizing out the bridge area, it was brought to my attention that at the drain in the bridge, there was some additional grate or something needed at the drain locations. In referencing ST -34, and meeting on the bridge with N TX Bridge and Keith Marvin, Coppell Engineering, we are trying to define what is actually required for this. Currently, the 3 drains have been installed, but the tubing that is called out has not. I have not in the past installed more than the formed concrete holes, but at this point need to know what needs to be done with the current conditions we have on site to either fix existing or is what exist acceptable. Please let me know what action needs to be taken. JRJ and their subcontractor will be working to final this project in the near future and so if an adjustment needs to be made, I would like to have review and response as soon as possible. Detail ST -34 shows a metal box to be installed. It is our understanding this was not installed.
