Ken,
Thanks for the information. Please advise about the need to possibly relocate or encase the
water line after you have definitively established the south boundary of the state R-O-W in
that area. Isn’t encasing cheaper than relocating, if encasing is a viable option?

Based on the as-built plans, the water line should be clear of the widening of Royal Lane under IH
635. However, a portion south of the east bound frontage road will probably need to be relocated or
encased. I won't know the exact limits until I tie down the actual limits of the state right of way south
of IH 635.
