Subject: TxDOT - City of Coppell Boundary Line
Gents,
I have asked Airport Survey Department to definitively establish the subject boundary line
along in the east side of Royal Lane and the south side of the 635 eastbound service road, and
provide a drawing showing the line relative to existing improvements on both sides (i.e. edge of
pavement, fire hydrant, etc). Starting at the Victron Stores driveway, they will establish the
boundary at three points along both Royal Lane and the 635 frontage road. They should have
the drawing completed by the end of this week.
Please advise if you think the drawing should be done differently or if you think it is
unnecessary.
