Our Survey Department completed the drawing showing the location of the TxDOT – Coppell
boundary line in the vicinity of the southeast corner of IH-635 and Royal Lane, relative to
existing on-the-ground structures/improvements. I’m forwarding the drawing to both of you to
help with the planning on the Royal Lane improvement project.
Maurice,
Has TxDOT completed the rough engineered plans for the expansion of Royal Lane from 2-
lanes to 4-lanes under IH-635?
Ken,
Have you been able to find a copy of a two-party reimbursement agreement that Coppell has
previously completed, which we can use as a template for the right turn lane project? Have
you definitively decided if you will design the right turn lane in-house or have it designed by an
outside engineering firm?
