Dear Hr. Connell:
Please find enclosed a copy of a temporary construction easement
that we request to provide construction of a temporary detour on
the above referenced project. Whenever the detour is no longer
needed to facilitate construction at that intersection, the city
will abandon the easement. In no case will the easement remain
in effect beyond the final completion and acceptance of this
project.
Please sign both copies, have the notarized and return to Ginn,
Inc., 16135 Preston Road, #112, Dallas, TX 75248, for further
processing. After we receive a filed copy from Dallas County
Deed Records, we will forward a copy to you for your records.
Your immediate attention to this is greatly appreciated since
the City would like to begin construction on this project within
the next few weeks. If you have any questions, please contact
