Thanks Morrie   In a message dated 9/8/2010 8:09:26 A.M. Central Daylight Time, kmarvin@coppelltx.gov writes: Morrie, I'll check with Per on  the damping plates and get back to you. As far as schedule goes, I think you still have about 45 days left in your contract, so we should be ok with the delay.  You will need to bag the heads when you get them installed. Before we turn the signal on we will need to issue a notice in the local paper.  Notices need to be submitted by noon on Wednesday for a Friday publication.  We'll take care of the notice, but I need to know by noon on a Wednesday, we'll then flash the signal on the following Monday and Tuesday and place it into operation on Wednesday. Feel free to call Albert or I with any question. Keith Keith Marvin, P.E. Project Engineer (972) 304-3681 >>> <RoadwaySolutions@aol.com> 9/8/2010 7:57 AM >>> Good Morning Keith Please advise if you are requiring Damping plate on all mast arms, if so we will not be able to install it at the end of the arm but we can install it 5'  away between two signal heads. We have called city and verified that the service was inspected and green  tagged. We have contacted Naztec for cabinet and at this time no cabinet is on hand yet. We will complete the mast arm installation as soon as the weather  allows. Thank you Morrie file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4C874671City_of...2/2/2011
