They often will send out different technicians at different times in the process and they are very quick to leave if they don't find what they need in a few minutes. We have had some customers who make Oncor give them an exact time so they can have someone there to make sure everything is completed. Outside of that I am not too sure what else to suggest. Oncor connected the power to the meter base, I don't understand how they could not find it. I have called the number and they now say it will be connected tomorrow.
