Hans - I just changed the address using the same 8599749 meter number and the correction has been
documented at ONCOR. Please resubmit the order now as they are expecting it.

Hi Sheri,
We spoke with Oncor and they actually told us you will need to call Oncor new construction and request a new
meter for the corrected E Sandy Lake.
When the original request was set up it tagged 10443720008599749 to W Sandy Lake Rd in ERCOT so if we
resubmit the order it will still not go through even if we change the address on the order.
Oncor told us that they can either give a new meter number for the correct address or they can switch the
existing meter to the correct address but said that request will need to come from you the customer.
Confusing I know but I think as soon as that is changed this one will just take the order on our end and you will
be all set up.
