As we discussed during our meeting I will be setting up some neighborhood meetings to discuss these projects. In
order to schedule those meeting appropriately, I need to know when you will be available to start work. Please give
me enough advance notice so I can schedule these meetings.

Attached is a schedule that I think we can build the job by, weather
permitting. It does not have any dates on it but is week by week with each
location separate.
