We have selected Texas Bitulithic Company, a division of APAC - Texas.
Inc., as the contractor for the above referenced project. In the contract
between Riverchase Joint Venture and the City, on the above referenced
project, it is stated that the contractor must be reasonably acceptable to the
City. If Texas Bitulithic Company is an acceptable contractor, please notify
me so we can proceed with execution of the contract documents.
