We propose to cut in a tee & 1 - 8" valve (@ contract cost of $900.00) just south of the inlet on the east side. This will
allow the residents time without water to be limited compared to other proposed options. At the city's request we will load
the new water line by a 2" connection between the fire hydrants. After chlorination we will flush by operating the new
valve. If any issues arise while tying over services, this will allow the rest of the residents to remain in service until we get
to them. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you,
