I talked to Mark, Gay, JJ and K (next to Mark), Billy's neighbor, the McClews and the Hoerth's about the sick
tree after our meeting and everyone realizes it needs to go. There should be no problems from anyone in
the neighborhood who has seen the tree recently.

Staff needs to remove one of the two tree in the southernmost median on Dobecka that is in the city's ROW
now. It is dying anyway. We have attempted to contact the neighborhood regarding this but have not
received a response We will be removing the tree in the next day or two unless there is a reason not to do
so.
The smaller northernmost median will ultimately be dedicated to the city according to Mark. We will deal
with the "improvements" to that median at that time.
