Larry & Amaris,
Thank you for your willingness to open your facility to us to host this meeting. I think the ability to hold the meeting
immediately adjacent to the project will encourage greater attendance. This will also allow us to visit with individual
property owners to address their specific concerns on their property rather than having to get back to them at a latter date.
At this time, we plan to bring several people, two sets of plans for the project, and an aerial photograph of the area with
the new road layout superimposed over it. We would appreciate a couple of tables to lay these items out on. I will also
prepare a brief PowerPoint presentation to highlight some of the issues involved in the construction.
I don't anticipate a very big turnout, however it will be nice to be prepared just in case.
I'll be in touch next week about the presentation.

Keith, I am with Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church on Heartz Road. Amaris
Obregon, principal of Manara Academy, gave me a copy of your letter inviting
interested parties to a meeting next week about construction on Heartz Road.
The school and church want to make sure this meeting goes as smoothly as
possible for you and representatives from RKM Utility Services. We have
audio and video capabilities in the auditorium that can help you in
communicating your message more clearly. If you would like to project
PowerPoint slides or video footage, please send them to me ahead of time and
we will accommodate this need. Also, we will have microphones ready in case
there are so many attendees that audio support is useful.
Amaris and I are discussing ways to make our guests most comfortable on this
evening. Please let us know if you have any special needs.
