Keith,
We presently have the property under contract at the s.e. corner of Sandy Lake Road and Hertz Road.
We will be closing on the property in mid December or early January. Please forward me any plans for
Hertz Road construction that you find may be beneficial to us.
We would like to meet with you and time tomorrow at 1:15 at City Hall to discuss, one more time,
Bellacere and the new project at Sandy Lake & Hertz Road. Tim Oates is going to ask you about the
meeting in the morning.

My understanding is that Tom Whatly has met with Tim, Mike, Matt, et al...
I would like to see a preliminary layout so we can adjust our Heartz Road construction to better accommodate the future
development plan...
