As an authorized representative for the property owner, Texas District of The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, I
authorize using the parking lot for the weekend of October 9 & 10. I cannot authorize use of the parking lot
beyond that time, therefore please do not park the tool storage trailer there.

Mr Block
Following up on our conversation a few minutes ago, RKM Utility Services would like to request
permission to park a excavator, wheel loader, and rubber tire back hoe for the weekend of 10-
9/10-10-2010 on your parking lot at the SE corner of Sandy Lake and Heartz Rd . We would
also like to request permission to park a tool storage trailer in this same parking lot for the
duration of the project(approx. 150 cal. days). Thank you in advance for your consideration.
