Russell, I contacted John Karlsruher with Ginn, Inc. and have
requested the contracts as soon as possible in order for them
to be sent. to the City Secretary's office to ascertain the Mayor's
signature.
Please tract this matter and follow up as to the status by February
19, 1990.
I don't want anything holding this up. Fast track this and when
they are submitted to the City Secretary's office, please make
sure that's conveyed.
