Ms. Davis,
The contractor, RKM Utilities, began work this week. The project involves the installation of new water, sewer, and storm
drainage lines, and the removal and replacement of the street and sidewalk paving. The contractor has 180 calendar days
to complete the project. It will be constructed in phases, and the road will remain passable during the construction.
I'm attaching a copy of the agenda from the meeting last week. If you would like to discuss this project in greater detail, or
see the plans for the work, please feel free to call me.

Hello Mr. Marvin,
I was unable to attend the Nov 4 meeting between the residents of Cleart
Creek Ln, the Engineering staff, and the Ccontractor to learn about the
specifics of this project.
As such, would it be possible for you to provide the following information
via a response to this email?
1) What is the scope / nature of the improvements planned for this project?
2) What is the expected completion date of the project?
This information is very important to me because I work from home and need
to make plans for how to deal with the construction noise in light of my
conference call schedule.
Kind Regards,
Jennnifer Davis
