Suite 200 Albuquerque, NM 87125 RE: CONSTRUCTION OF THE REMAINING HALF ROADWAY ON PARKWAY BLVD. JUST EAST OF TOWN CENTER Dear Mr. Chester: As I discussed with Mr. Jerry Parche prior to the fourth of July weekend when working with Kevin Peiffer of Ginn Inc., below is given the tabulation for cost sharing between the City of Coppell and ABQ the two common owners fronting this roadway. OWNER FRONTAGE PERCENTAGE ESTIMATED S}{ARED COSTS ABQ 483.4 33.724 $ 50,923.24 CITY 950.0 66.276 100,076.76 TOTAL 1,433.4 100 % $ 151,000.00 Per Ginn Inc. letter dated June 13, 1989 the estimated total cost including construction ($132,000) and engineering ($19,000) is $151,000. The pro-rated shared is spread above. As you requested, this letter is providing this information so that you can reply and commit to this project so that it can become a reality. Without your participation in this matter, the project will be delayed due to the lack of current funding and if ABQ is so inclined and would commit to participate in this public improvement, then it would come to fruition sooner in time benefitting both properties and the traveling public. By return letter, please provide me your reply. If in fact it is positive then we can have the design engineer proceed with the preparation of contract documents and bidding etc. Prior to this however, we would develop a formal agreement to be executed at the time of known unit costs, etc. F^o r n ED TO Your attention and early response to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
