Dear Mr. Doyle:
We have received the work order from your office on April 28,
1989 authorizing us to begin work on the above referenced
project.
In response to your request for a time schedule anticipated we
offer the following.
The surveying is currently in progress to obtain accurate cross-
sections and related information on the existing site conditions.
This information will be used in re-evaluating the original
design for this section of roadway and allowing for any
adjustments in that original design as required. The plans
should be completed by May 19, 1989.
After the plans are completed, we shall be prepared to meet with
you on May 26, 1989 to discuss the City's options for initiating
construction (ie., public bidding versus change order).
The schedule for construction and completion shall be contingent
upon which option the City selects for initiating construction~
and therefore, cannot be forecasted at this time.
