Re: Proposal - Phase A
Paving Improvements for Park Blvd
West of Alex Drive Plan Update
Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In accordance with our discussions with Mr. Russell Doyle, P.E., we
have prepared this proposal for providing project engineering
services. Two copies of this proposal are enclosed.
We propose to provide the following services:
A. Obtain existing plans for evaluation.
B. Provide limited topographic survey for plan update.
C. Prepare a paving plan coordinated with existing conditions and
current Coppell specifications.
D. Attend meetings as requested by City officials.
We propose to provide these services on an hourly rate bases not to
exceed $9,100.00 without written permission in accordance with the
attached rate schedule.
Payment for authorized services will be due upon presentation of our
monthly statements for such services.
If this proposal meets with your approval, please execute both copies
and return one copy to us. Please call me if you have any
questions.

Paving Improvements for Park Blvd

Dear Mr. Ratliff:
In accordance with our discussions with Mr. Russell Doyle, P.E., we
have prepared this proposal for providing additional project
engineering services. Two copies of this proposal are enclosed.
We propose to provide the following services:
A. Complete contract documents for Phase A.
B. Provide bidding services.
C. Provide staking services.
D. Make periodic visits to the site to monitor general contract
compliance.
E. Resolve claims, disputes and other matters between the
contractor and the City.
F. Attend meetings as requested by the project inspector and City
officials.
G. Provide other services as requested.
We propose to provide these services on an hourly rate bases not to
exceed $9,900.00 without written permission in accordance with the
attached rate schedule.
Payment for authorized services will be due upon presentation of our
monthly statements for such services.
