Lot 7 does not have enough room for a driveway. 2. The inlet between lots 8 and 9 will have to be moved for 2 reasons, there will not be enough room for a driveway on lot 8 and we will not allow the water line to be directly underneath the inlet. 3. Move the sidewalk 1 foot off the back of the 10' easement and extend it to the lead walk on lot 9. 4. Move the sanitary sewer closer to the alley adjacent to lot 7. 5. The 4 leg of the traffic signal will be the responsibility of the developer. 6. There may be additional comments during detailed engineering plan review.
