As I have stated in the numerous telephone conversations we have had, please
allow this letter to act as confirmation of our proposed plan of action
concerning the grass on the referenced project.
The North Council of Government Specifications for Public Works Construction
Section 3.10 covers grass and types of application methods. ! call to your
attention Section 3.10.2 which addresses the type and application rate for
the different seasons of the year. ~ltile we have seeded this project several
times during the summer months without success, we now will seed the project
using a mixture of type II and type III.
