Keith-
I met with you about 4 weeks ago with my hotel group to discuss their plans to build on a
portion of my 121 & Northpoint Drive land.They have requested a brief letter from your office
confirming your understanding that the realignment and expansion of Highway 121 will bring a
dedicated off ramp to serve Northpoint Drive & Sandy Lake road.
I believe you also said you are working with the Highway Department to insure that optimal
directional signage announcing this ramp will be in place.If your letter could address this,also,
it would be most helpful.
Holiday Inn & the Lender on the project have made this request.I am not asking you to
guarantee any of the above events but only state your understanding. Thanks
