As I explained in our phone conversation last week, regardless of how our financials may look with
regards to cash on hand, I can personally guarantee that I have the resources available to take
care of all of my suppliers without the assistance of any 30-day billing cycle supplied by The City of
Coppell. California Construction's cash on hand as of March 31, 2010 is directly affected by AR and
where we as an LLC chose to hold our money.
