After discussing the bike rack locations with Jerod and John it appears we have
consolidated our 4 locations to two locations. See the attached plan.
Please let Albert know when you are ready to begin this work. Please bill this activity on a
separate invoice from our sidewalk work, as it will be paid from a different account.
