RE:
JP No. 88023; Parkway Boulevard and High School
Access Road; Coppe11, Texas
Dear Alan:
I visited the site on October 2, 1989 to review the growth of
bermuda grass in the median, parkways and other areas adjacent to
the street Right-of-Ways. These areas were hydromulched several
weeks ago, however, bermuda grass is evident in only small,
isolated areas. Almost all of the area hydromulched is void of
any grass growth.
Block sodding has been placed in the median of Parkway Boulevard
approximately 3 to 4 feet apart from the westerly end of the left
turn lane transition at Denton Tap Road to the High School Access
Road. This sod now appears dead. The sodding placed on top of
the water valve covers should be removed.
Please contact me, either by letter or phone, and advise me of
bacy'a plans to provide the bermuda grass stand as agreed to in
the your contract with the Coppe11 Independent School District.
No further payments under this contract can be recommended until
this item of work is completed.
Sincerely,/~
erry Parche', P.E.
