As per your request, I am writing in regard to the Dead End
Guard Rail Section on the above referenced job. The
subcontractor that I had install the barricade in question
has placed the guard rail itself in accordance with the City
of Coppell Standard Specifications. The problem is with the
posts that hold up this guard rail. The posts were inadvertently
placed using the State of Texas Standard Highway Specifications
(see attached sheet).
I am requesting that these posts be left in place as they are
described above. Please review this situation and let me know
