Dear Mr. Koch:
Per a previous conversation with Mr. Bill Stapp, we are
sending for your review a copy of the storm drainage and
earth fill improvements planned for the above referenced
roadway near the Lakeshore Drive intersection. To preserve
parkway width for future utilities, insure a stable fill
section along the roadway, and allow for the developers an
option of future extension of the box sections, the City of
Coppell requests dedication of a drainage and slope easement
for the area affected. (See enclosed dedication.)
Please have both copies of the easement dedication executed
and return them to our office. After we have filed the
dedication with Dallas County Deed Records, we will forward
you a copy for your records.
