Dear Mr. Thompson:
The 1984 bond program for the City of Coppell provided for
the construction of improvements to Belt Line Road. In order
for this project to be properly constructed, a drainage and
utility easement needs to be secured. The attached easement
dedication indicates the acres of your property which are
requested for dedication.
Please sign both copies, have them notarized and return to
Ginn, Inc., 16135 Preston Road, #112, Dallas, TX 75248, for
further processing. After we receive a filed copy from
Dallas County Deed Records, we will forward a copy to you for
you records.
Your immediate attention to this is greatly appreciated since
the City would like to advertise for bids on this project
within the next few weeks. If you have any questions, please
