Subject: FTTP Permits
Jack,
I briefly looked at the 4 permits I have from you for additional construction in town. There are several
issues on the following permits:
7pf01 kg: This is the area we discussed today, and we need an appropriate resolution to the
ROW /easement situation prior to proceeding
7pf01fs: There appears to be several areas where there is conflict with the existing water line.
3pf01fw: There appears to be several areas where there is conflict with the existing water line.
3pf01fb: The portion of Sandy Lake Road that is adjacent to this permit is currently under construction.
Your contractor will need to coordinate his effort with that construction activity. Contact Garreth Campbell,
the city inspector for this project to coordinate this activity. Verify no conflicts exist with city utilities.
In all cases, stake the hub locations for my review prior to committing to the location. Maintain a minimum
of 5 feet of horizontal separation from all city utilities.
I will leave the permits up front for you come by and make any necessary changes.
