Jim,
I would like to see this operation.
I talked to Larry a little more yesterday, and we are of the opinion that crossing alleys perpendicular to the
pavement would be acceptable, however we still have concerns about using a missile for paralleling the
alley, or working in the street ROW.
Please send me the letter we discussed concerning abandoning the missile head if it gets hung up under
the paving.
Let me know where and when I can observe the work activity in Flower Mound.

Keith,
I was unaware that missiles were approved for use in Flower Mound until this
morning. They are allowed to use them in alleys only and crews started
there yesterday. If you would like to visit a site where they are working
let me know and I will get the location where they are working.
