Per,
Garreth and I went out and looked at this guardrail section this morning. I think installing a turn down
section that ends at the same location as the end of the current rail is the best solution. We want to avoid
the irrigation and water meter to the north.

I have been reminded once again about a guardrail located on Denton Tap Rd. I would like you to go by
and give me your recommendation about what to do with it. It is located just south of 495 S. Denton Tap
Rd. An undetermined amount of guardrail and the turn down section was removed for the development of
that property and never addressed (Garreth may have some corporate knowledge of this). The open end
of the "W" beam is exposed to traffic.
Since the engineered design of the rail was modified by shortening the run, removing the current last 2
sections to reinstall a turn down in it's place may not be appropriate.
Go by or we can meet out there some time.
