of property located on the south side of Sandy Lake Road, between
Heartz Road and London Way, at the request of Tommy Cansler,
Timberland Creek Companies.

COMMENT STATUS: PRELIMINARY FINAL REVISED
AFTER P&Z
1. Water and Sewer should be an 8” minimum.
2. The water line can not be on a dead end of more than 150’, you must have a second tie
in point.
3. There will be a fee assessed for the water service provide on Heartz Rd.
4. Sanitary sewer service on London Way will be done by dry bore.
5. Show the proper eyebrow at the 90 degree turn.
6. Remove the existing drive on Sandy lake Rd and put a curb.
7. Barrier free ramps should be installed at the intersection of Serenity and Heartz Rd.
8. Where are you tying the storm drain in? Drainage will be evaluated further during
engineering plan review.
