We were notifying the owner, Police, Fire and post office. We can add the other utilities. And, if I
understand right, we can change the street number just by notifying the property owner. We will send a
letter to the owner of 651 State and tell him his new address is 188 South Freeport Parkway.

In the past we have done it administratively when a street number change has been requested. I have
always notified Utliity companies, Cable, Police, Fire, Tax, etc. so they could change their records
accordingly. I wonder if your letter will be distributed to all these parties or just the owner. Let me know if
you think we need to do this one, or if your notification will suffice. Maybe if you notify the owner, we can
do the others.

I'm sending letters out to the State Road people about the street name change. What needs to be done to
change the one address from 651 to 188? Does it take Council action or just administrative action? Let me
know.

1 believe most of the addresses are workable without revising the numbers. 192 is the Coppell Plumbing
house south of the church's property. 196 is the next white house and is just to the north of the bridge. 288
is the bird guy's house and 296 is Alford Media. 300 is the last white house on State. It is basically across
the street from Wagon Wheel. I believe 345 is Wagon Wheel Park. I think there are also two electric
meters addressed 311 and 351 in Wagon Wheel.
651 State is vacant, but out of sequence according to my maps, since it is just north of 192 State, it
probably needs to be 188.
It also occurs to me that we need to incorporate the direction 'south' into these addresses since Freeport
will be called N. Freeport once it is constructed to cross Sandy Lake.

Council passed an Ordinance in 2003 to change State Road to Freeport Parkway effective 1/1/2005. I'm
getting ready to send letters out to the property owners, however, a question has come up. Will the street
number stay the same with only the street name changing or will you take the opportunity to ensure that
they are addressed in accordance with our standards (they may already have the right #'s).
The addresses in question are: 651, 192, 196, 288, 296, & 300 State Road. There is also an address for
353 State Road but that is part of Wagon Wheel Park.
Please advise so I can get the reminder letters sent out.
