Notice of Concrete Pavement Failures
Dear Mr. Murphy:
Upon inspection of newly paved sections of South Coppell Road, I have discovered that
pavement failures are occurring in many areas, both on the street and along some curb
sections.
Please call me with the date and time you can meet me at the site to walk the extent of
paving installed by JRJ during the course of the project. The installation is covered by a
maintenance bond for workmanship that is still in effect. Contact me at the number
